Aurora Directive lands on 12 November and drops its seasonal mode
Northline Studio has set a release date for its RPG and confirms that the season system shown last year has been cut.
After two delays, Aurora Directive finally has a date: 12 November 2026 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. The studio describes a campaign of "around forty hours" and a fully offline structure.
One notable change: the seasonal mode shown last year is gone. Northline says it preferred to focus its teams on the campaign rather than on a recurring content calendar.
A Switch 2 version is still mentioned, with no release window. The studio says it will only be announced once it runs "in acceptable conditions".
